At Pula Thaba Safaris we specialise in hunting mature buffalo bulls offering packages in conjunction with all the bushveld plains game species.
Hunting is conducted on an open farm with no internal fences. Due to the diverse and sometimes challenging topography, hunting on Pula Thaba is a unique and rewarding experience leaving the hunter with a lasting memory.
Our staff at the skinning and salting facilities will meticulously attend to all trophy preparation where there is also a large coolroom for storing meat from the animals hunted.

Your hunting safari at Pula Thaba will leave you with a lasting impression. From the moment you arrive you will be in the care of myself, Pero Cavaleros, the owner and operator. Hunting from a young age, I am a person with a deep love and understanding of the African bush. A licenced professional hunter since 1997 and experienced in big game hunting, I will be your hunting guide for the duration of your safari. With an intimate knowledge of the land I will provide you with the best opportunities at obtaining the trophies of your dreams.
RATE INCLUDES:
- All meals and beverages, including alcohol (within reason)
- Fully serviced accommodation
- Laundry
- Licensed professional hunter
- Trackers and skinners
- Trophy field preparation
- Hunting vehicles and fuel
RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Any taxidermy costs, dipping or shipping
- Export permits
- Gratuities
- Transfers or charters
- Any accommodation before or after the safari
- 15% value added tax
- Trophy fees
- Firearm rental
- Insurance
RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A deposit of 50% of the daily rate is required to reserve dates. 100% of daily rate is required 60 days before the start of the safari. Deposits are non refundable if cancelled within 60 days unless another date is confirmed. All safari costs are to be paid for in full before the last day of the safari. Any animals wounded are to be paid for in full.
